Bühler Leybold Optics is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bühler Leybold Optics in Beijing and is currently one of the two global manufacturing bases for high vacuum coating equipment of the Bühler Group. The business of Bühler Leybold Optics covers two major business fields: optics and large area coating, contributing to the development of the precision optics, optics, automotive, semiconductor, flexible electronics and architectural glass industries in China.
2.维护并改进QMS/EHS管理体系，组织各类审核与认证，推动体系问题整改闭环；
3.主导产品质量与过程质量管理，统筹入厂、过程、终检全流程质检，策划质量控制计划，对生产及质量关键事项承担最终判断责任；
4.负责供应商质量管理，带领供应商质量工程师团队，管控供应商全流程质量，主导准入、绩效评估及质量问题整改闭环；
5.对接项目与客户质量，协调投诉处理，防范项目后期质量风险；
6.推动质量数字化，主导质量管理项目，系统化提升产品/过程质量；
7.负责质量部团队管理、能力建设，协同多部门工作，落实上级交办任务。
2.具有10年以上项目型制造或复杂装备制造质量相关经验，3年以上质量团队管理经验；有主导产品质量改善项目经验者优先；
3.熟悉供应商质量管理、项目质量管理及质量管理工具，能策划质量控制计划；主导过质量数字化、有DFM经验者优先；
4.接受过ISO9000体系系统化培训；
5.英文可作为工作语言；
6.具备独立判断裁决能力、风险意识、跨部门影响力及独立担当能力。
