The Adularia project is at the forefront of immune research in cancer. Studies have revealed complex interactions between gut microbes, immune system and cancer, highlighting their potential for tumorigenesis and anti-tumor immunity. Our project aims to leverage advanced computational technologies to analyze large-scale datasets, refining our understanding of therapy and patient responses.
Your responsibilities
- Curating, processing and integrating quantitative data sets.
- Mathematical modelling of data distributions.
- Work with OMICS such as RNASeq, metabolomics, proteomics to extract meaningful insights.
- Implementation of state-of-the-art neural networks.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary research team and participate in ongoing research.
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
- Strong background in quantitative research.
- Proficient in Python, with experience in machine learning.
- Comfortable working with metabolic, transcriptomics, and proteomics data.
- Knowledge of R, command-line tools, Linux is plus.
- Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when necessary.
- Strong scientific communication skills and ability to write structured reports.
