Pilatus is hiring an Upholstery and Trim Technician to join our aircraft completions team in Broomfield, CO. For this role, you will fabricate, assemble, and sew top-of-the-line materials and soft-goods to construct the customized interior furnishings that go into our market-leading business aircraft, the PC-12 PRO single-engine turboprop and the PC-24 Super Versatile Jet. • Performs incoming inspections of materials including fabric, foam, leather, ultra-leather, and vinyl
• Measures, marks, and cuts materials to drawings and work instructions
• Bonds materials using various processes and adhesives
• Applies and finish wraps materials to composite and kydex interior panels
• Sews leather and other finish materials prior to application
• Maintains labor tracking and job card/task sign-offs within ERP/MRP system
• Works with Leads and higher skilled technicians to develop and refine skills and techniques
• Performs all assigned tasks in accordance with Pilatus quality standards

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Two (2) years related trade school or vocational degree preferred.
• Demonstrated craftsman-level abilities and quality, and a minimum of two (2) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to use hand tools, adhesive spray gun, industrial sewing machine, and/or other specialized equipment
• Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic math computations
• Ability to read, understand, and adhere to engineering drawings, tech specs, and other relevant documents
• Regular, reliable attendance required, and willingness to work overtime and other shifts as needed
