HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
The Production Planner is primarily responsible for updating the Master Schedules and weekly Detail Planning. This will determine the timelines, materialization, equipment, and labor requirements needed for production.
Key Activities
• Coordinate the updates to the Excel-based master schedules
• Update and coordinate day to day Detail Planning and Capacity Planning
• Facilitate coordination production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability
• Communicate impacts on the master schedule to internal stakeholders
• Update MRP systems to ensure data integrity
• Aggregate information from Production Manager, Project Management, and Commissioning
• Prepare and distribute schedule drafts for monthly project meetings
• Support Production and Planning by providing production schedule to the Project Planners
• Managing the Calitime clocks & tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations management or related field• 1+ years of production or logistics experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
• High standard of quality and safety
