• Define, lead and deploy the Manufacturing Engineering strategy for the Iberian region, aligned with industrial, quality and business objectives.
• Manage and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team, ensuring proper resource allocation, technical capability development and team performance.
• Lead the adaptation of aerostructure designs into work instructions, manufacturing and assembly guidelines, ensuring efficient and compliant industrialization.
• Oversee tooling management, including definition, validation, lifecycle management and continuous optimization.
• Coordinate activities related to cable loom and electrical workshop operations, ensuring proper industrialization, integration and production support.
• Drive the implementation, continuous improvement and standardization of aircraft industrialization processes, enhancing efficiency, quality, safety and cost performance.

• University degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Solid experience (minimum 10 years) in Manufacturing Engineering within the aerospace sector, including proven team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of aerostructure industrialization, manufacturing and assembly processes, tooling and electrical/cable loom environments.
• Experience in continuous improvement, process standardization and change management in complex industrial settings.
• Strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, decision-making capability and a results-driven, collaborative approach.
• Fluent English (C1) required; ability to work in multinational environments. Native or advanced Spanish. German would be a plus.
