Pilatus is hiring a Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and meeting operational needs with a specific focus on aftermarket support. The Procurement Specialist will oversee the sourcing, procurement, and management of aftermarket aircraft components, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness for maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations. Based in Broomfield, CO, this position requires creative problem-solving, relationship-building, multi-tasking, and the ability to address supplier challenges in real-time. • Manages and optimizes relationships with North American suppliers specializing in aftermarket aircraft components, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and performance expectations
• Develops and implements procurement strategies to enhance supplier performance, minimize risks, and achieve cost savings in the aftermarket sector
• Ensures availability of critical aftermarket components to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations
• Collaborates with internal teams, including supply chain, engineering, finance, and MRO operations, to support business objectives
• Negotiates supplier agreements to secure favorable pricing and contract terms for aftermarket components

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years in procurement or supply chain management, with experience in aftermarket aircraft components procurement preferred
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, particularly in the MRO and aftermarket sectors
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed
