Order Fulfilment订单履行

Plan and coordinate orders to ensure timely delivery to the required location.计划并协调订单，确保按时交付至指定地点。
Monitor delivery schedules and take necessary actions to meet customer commitments. 跟踪交货计划，并采取必要措施以履行对客户的承诺。
Ensure customer commitments are fulfilled through accurate planning and securing of stock, manufactured, and procured items. 通过准确规划并确保库存件、生产件及采购件供应，履行对客户的承诺。

Weekly / Monthly Meetings with HQ与总部的周会/月会

Attend weekly and monthly operational review meetings with HQ and provide updates on order performance and customer issues.参加与总部的周度及月度运营回顾会议，汇报订单处理绩效及客户相关问题。
Prepare and present data-supported reports on order fulfilment status, backlogs, and action plans.准备并汇报基于数据的报告，内容包括订单履行状态、积压订单及行动计划。

College degree or above in Commercial Logistics, Technical Engineering, or related fields.大专及以上学历，商业物流、技术工程或相关专业。
Proficient in PC applications and office software.熟练使用电脑及办公软件。
Familiar with SAP, including SD module, inventory, and procurement processes.熟悉 SAP 系统，包括 SD 模块、库存及采购流程。
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, service, or manufacturing environments.至少 3 年销售、服务或制造行业相关工作经验。
