Service Agreements Execution Manager

Our Global Services Business is growing and transforming to establish Bühler as a services provider delivering customer success through a trusted and reliable partnership over the whole asset lifecycle. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Services Agreements Execution Manager to be part of our journey.
- Take ownership of assigned large services agreements, to fulfil obligations towards full customer satisfaction
- Oversee the execution of agreements in terms of profitability and risk, and run periodical performance reviews with customers
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, coordinating internal resources to deliver optimal performance during the agreement period
- Identify and develop additional scope business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with existing operations teams of different functions in Services Operations (e.g., Engineering, Field Service, Parts Operation, and Service Workshops), Sales, and Project Execution Support the implementation of services agreements framework, know-how, processes, and tools within the regional organization)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, with basic knowledge in financial planning
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, or services business in the manufacturing or process industry
- Exposure to multiple layers of the customer organization including operations and maintenance management
- Problem-solving skills, hands-on and pragmatic, with strong execution and delivery mindset and a proven track record
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, customer focus and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage different perspectives and drive to synthesize, motivate, and inspire
- Demonstrated capability to communicate in a matrix organization, across multiple business-es and industries on a regional scale
- Effective and convincing communication, both verbally and in writing, fluent in English
