As a Compensation Expert, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering compensation processes that are accurate, transparent and aligned with our Group-wide standards. You will combine analytical excellence with a strong understanding of reward topics and act as a trusted partner for HR, management and specialist functions.

We are looking for a compensation professional who brings the right combination of strong academic foundations and hands-on expertise in compensation, benefits and reward processes. You enjoy working with data, translating complex information into clear insights and contributing to high-quality solutions in an international environment.

You can expect exposure to executive compensation and strategic HR topics, the opportunity to learn from experienced compensation professionals, and the chance to work in a collaborative Group HR environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Play an important role in the annual salary review and bonus processes for executive functions, ensuring high-quality delivery, accurate data and timely execution
  • Prepare meaningful compensation analyses, reports and dashboards that support well-founded decision-making for HR, management and governance bodies.
  • Help shape and continuously improve compensation elements, processes and tools across the Group
  • Take ownership of selected group-wide benefit programmes and employee share account administration.
  • Create clear and well-structured compensation materials for senior management and the Board of Directors
  • Support compensation planning, projects, regulatory reporting and audit documentation in close collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted contact for HR teams and line managers on compensation-related questions and evolving pay transparency topics (i.e. equal pay, EU pay transparency)

What you'll bring to the role

  • University degree in business administration, economics, finance, human resources, psychology, or a related field, ideally complemented by relevant further education in compensation, total rewards or HR analytics.
  • Relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within an international or group-wide environment
  • Good understanding of compensation processes, incentive schemes, job evaluation methodologies, benefits and market benchmarking.
  • High level of accuracy, discretion and reliability when working with sensitive compensation data and complex governance requirements.
  • Ability to turn complex compensation topics into clear insights, presentations and recommendations
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders professionally and build trusted working relationships
  • Proactive, hands-on personality who takes ownership while staying service-oriented and collaborative
