Pilatus is hiring a Sr. Accountant to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting within the company and to the Swiss parent company and back up to the Controller and Assistant Controller as needed. In addition, you will complete financial analysis reports, assisting with procedure maintenance, ensuring compliance with and/or coordinate implementation of accounting internal control procedures, maintenance of capital asset, budgets, forecasts and inventory records. • Prepares internal financial reports and financial statements for consolidation with the parent company
• Inputs financial information into parent company's consolidation software
• Prepares journal entries and detailed analysis for aircraft and parts sales activities
• Closing schedules for month, quarter, and year end. Several Key reports include: Parts Margin Analysis, Margin Analysis – Sales_COGS, Monthly Report Key Figures, and Monthly Report
• Analyzes assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly basis to make recommended adjustments.
• Governmental reporting as necessary, example the Monthly Census reporting on sales and inventory

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration (accounting major)
• 5-10 years of accounting experience, including financial reporting and/or public accounting
• Solid understanding of manufacturing labor and overhead calculations
• Exposure to or direct experience with IFRS a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Good analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
