Be part of the founding Quality team for the first US Pilatus PC-12 assembly line in Sarasota, FL. After 6–12 months of hands-on training in Stans, Switzerland (from summer 2026), you return as a core expert to support ramp-up and mentor new staff and shaping the future of Pilatus in the U.S.

What you do
  • Performs in-process and final inspections on aircraft structures, systems, and avionics
  • Verifies conformity to approved drawings, specifications, and work instructions
  • Documents and signs off inspections in line with regulatory and quality requirements
  • Learns Pilatus inspection methods in Switzerland and integrates lessons into Sarasota procedures
  • Supports development and standardization of US quality inspection processes
  • Trains/mentors inspectors and mechanics on quality gates, expectations, and compliance
  • Acts as an independent quality authority, identifying risks, nonconformities early and ensuring EASA, company and customer compliance
